 Carl V. Johnson III

As President of his company, C&C Investments, Inc. became known as Carl Johnson Design Build in 2007. All projects originate with Carl. His creative designs that used to begin on drawing paper with a mechanical pencil now begin with the computer and a CAD Program called Chief Architect. Carl works his magic with all new construction beginning at the computer and completes his beautiful innovative designs with the help of his online draftsman located in Michigan. No two homes are alike…he designs to each individual lot so that each home has its own personality. Since Carl’s building days with his father in Connecticut he arrived in Rhode Island in 1981, formed his company in 1988, incorporated in 1992 and designed his newest company logo in 2007. He now has over 150 projects throughout Southern Rhode Island and various East Coast states.
